How long is this whole thing going to last???
1 to 7 days, of course! The big celebration takes place on Saturday, August 21. But what would a wedding be nowadays without a pre-party? So we're already grilling together on Friday evening. And does everyone starve on Sunday? Of course not: anyone who wants can have breakfast on Sunday and take in the beautiful scenery of Burgundy. That's it then, right? Not quite — everyone under 40 is warmly invited to join us the week before, starting August 14, to help out, cook, and taste wine together at the venue!
Do I really have to go to France for this???
Yes! But don't worry, the TGV practically drops you at the door: we're getting married at Maison de Souhey, an estate with huge grounds, a pool, horses, and a pizza oven. There's space for campers as well as other accommodation options nearby. All the details will follow by the end of the year.
Is the party at least fully organized???
Of course not — that's what we need you for! Whether as a grill master, party host, breakfast hero, or decoration artist, we'd love your help.
